My opinion? Not a major one. Nations wouldn't be interested that much about a mysterious black creature who sucks animals dry. Although this RP could have a nice future if moved to Europa Today, and if it was done in a more private tone. Instead of focusing on government, focus on afternoon tv-shows, bounty hunters, and farmers on a crusade to kill the Sanguin?rio, Chupa-cabra, and the like.
