Nea Sverige Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Hello there - I am Nea Sverige, and it's a pleasure to arrive in your region!
Pirilao Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Ol? Nea Sverige You write Portuguese? Best Regards
Bainbridge Islands Posted September 19, 2006 Posted September 19, 2006 Aloha! Welcome to Europa from the Kingdom of the Bainbridge Islands! Mahalo! KBI
Nea Sverige Posted September 20, 2006 Author Posted September 20, 2006 Why, hello there too! Sorry, but I don't know any Portugese...
Tagmatium Rules Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 If you have any questions, just ask! You new to NationStates at all?
Nea Sverige Posted September 20, 2006 Author Posted September 20, 2006 Thank you! I am newish to NationStates (I had one nation, months ago, but it died. I didn't feed it enough...). Sadly, though my country is based-ish-in-a-loose-way on Sweden, I don't speak a word of Swedish.
Suverina Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 Neeeeeeej! Too bad. Sweden is an awfully nice nation though! Too bad the "blue" is in power for the next 4 years.
Nea Sverige Posted September 20, 2006 Author Posted September 20, 2006 Yes, Sweden is a lovely place, very civilised. To be honest with you, I didn't realise the Swedes had actual conservatives - I just thought they were socialists go bad...
Rennd Posted September 20, 2006 Posted September 20, 2006 Hello and welcome to europa. Enjoy your stay here!
Suverina Posted September 22, 2006 Posted September 22, 2006 To be honest with you, I didn't realise the Swedes had actual conservatives - I just thought they were socialists go bad... And all Muslims are terrorists, all Koreans are computer playing maniacs, all Russians are communists blah, blah, blah. Just kidding with ya mate. Although the conservatives are now calling themselves a "labour-party" Can it get more weird? - How American is this spell thing that won't accept labour?
Nea Sverige Posted September 23, 2006 Author Posted September 23, 2006 That just totally confuses matters (mind you, the UK Labour party is now more right wing than the Tories!). Yes - darn American spell-checker! I'm going to use words like colour and Labour and pyjamas more often, just to tick it off...
Tagmatium Rules Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Although the conservatives are now calling themselves a "labour-party" Can it get more weird? Ask Mr. Blair...
Suverina Posted September 23, 2006 Posted September 23, 2006 Apparently it's on the fashion for right-wing parties to call themselves labour parties.
Orioni Posted September 24, 2006 Posted September 24, 2006 Hello there, welcome. If you want to complain about the spellchecker, feel free to spam my PM-box. I like receiving messages.
