"I do formally send my request to add Novanya to the list of your alliance. I find that this alliance is the one most suited to fit our ways of life. We have much to offer this organization in the ways of economic help in times of need, and the People's Guard is well suited for assistance in natural disasters and other emergencies.

 

I know that our nation (zone 125) is a considerable distance from you center island, but I do believe we are well able to commit fully to the obligations to follow, if we are accepted.
