Mongol-Swedes
This is an idea I've been going over a little bit in my head. It's sort of a secondary contingency plan should the Tamurin conference go sour. Â A Europa-wide Socialist alliance! Â Â Something to think about. Sound off, Europa! Link to comment
Social Democratic Confederation
And those of us not so left-minded? Guess we have to form our own alliance and steal all your resources for less than 20 cents a day... Â Link to comment
Suverina
well the socialist nations in Europa have got quite different views and ways but if we all could come together in the name of socialism that'd be great. Link to comment
Adaptus
What about the Psychotic Communist Governments? Whats in it for us? Link to comment
Social Democratic Confederation
Not profitab-- err... fair enough Link to comment
Deltannia
I actually think that this is a good idea. Deltannia is not socialist, but I personally like socialism a lot. And, it would seem a very obvious step for a group of socialist nations to take, regardless of their alliances. Link to comment
Suverina
well, what if we socialist nations srat some secret terror group to put some terror to the capitalists? Â Edited August 9, 2006 by Suverina (see edit history) Link to comment
Social Democratic Confederation
then you would turn into afghanistan 2003-style! Link to comment

Adaptus
@Aristo: Not realy. My nation is communist now, after the election, however. My military is capitalist. A law was passed when the royal line took back controle of the military, that politicians, apart from the Defence Minister could tell the military what to do. The King is the ultimate figure within the military, and it's his final desision on what happens to it. So it's still a volenteer force, and still a small high tech force. As oppose to most communist conscripted less off militaries. Â Â Link to comment

Adaptus
then you would turn into afghanistan 2003-style! Meaning, we wont end up like Afghanistan, 'cos we have the ultimate military Link to comment

Miiros
I think it is a very good idea for socialist nations to band together in unity and I even like Suv's idea of maybe secretly supporting "freedom" fighters in the capitalist nations. It adds a good opportunity for RP and I have been thinking of having a Miirosi Civil War, but am not sure yet. It'd pretty much be Capitalist vs. Socialist. Miiros itself though would never join such a movement unless the rebels won. Link to comment
Bainbridge Islands
Actually, I also like the idea of a kinda "state-supported" insurgency concept. It provides at least some kind of nemisis in the Europa background, but not necessiraily(?) a major war that would drag a bunch of counties into it. More like the "proxy-wars" of the '70s & '80s between the US & the USSR. Link to comment
Mongol-Swedes
Well, at least Bainbridge and Miiros are catching on... Link to comment
