OOC- Two things, my child; 1st, he was referring to Tagmatium, not Suverina. 2nd, that was the Defense Ministers words, he's rather anti-socialist... not matter who they are...

Well I actually AM your neighbour, Tagmatium hasn't got border against you. Your defense minister represents your nation. Make him change his mind or we will be angry at you. I do think you don't want a 2 front war over you soon....

He does have a point though. If your treating your naboughrs hostile, and they have not shown any hostilities, thats not creating a good situation for your self.
