It really ain't going to help anyone saying stuff like that; if you want to do something, elaborate more. If you have a solution to something, add more detail. Just putting "this is boring" is a bit, well, foolish.

A term used when one wished to make a negative statement about something positive, but meant to keep the general atmosphere positive.

A term used to refer to "pot" or drugs in general or to create a connection between an object or a situation or a person to "pot" or drugs in general.

 

Examples:

"Man, you are so potisive!" (= "Man, you so remind of Pot right now" OR "Man, you seem so stoned (= high on drugs)")

 

"Bungee-jumping, it's...you just can't describe it...well, maybe you could say it's potisive, but that doesn't quite fit." (= Bungee-jumping makes you feel like you're on drugs)
