I was sort of wondering when a representative of Liberalia would turn up.

 

We've had a request for an embassy from Carops, and I think we're yet to put it into place.

 

I've not had the chance to go by Liberalia and make a similar request, I'm afraid.

Sorry for not returning for a month after making my entrance. This cursed beautiful weather and summer activities have been a drain on my time.

 

I am very interested in establishing relations between our regions. I would like to set up an embassy in our region and receive an ambassador from you, and in return send an ambassador here to represent us in our embassy/consulate.

 

I hope that some kind of arrangement can be made here. I can be reached at my office in Liberalia, or when I return here in a day or two.
