RE: Estalishement of Mea Maka'ika'i Alanui Akea (Visitor's Avenue)

His Royal Highness has realized that the Kingdom of the Bainbridge Islands can only benefit from trade and cultural exchanges from other nations in Europa. Therefore, he has decided to establish an Ambassadorial row, inviting other nations to make their presence known in the KBI.

Very Respectfully,

Johnathan Kawaiahoa

Head of the Royal Bainbridge Island Household

Re: Embassies

Dear esteemed friends,

We would be honoured to take up your invitation to establish an embassy on your newly-founded embassy row. We would, of course, extend the same offer to you if you so wish.

We would like to know what is the maximum/minimum size of staff and armed guards (in our case, it would be a detachment of an Imperial Guard battalion) in the embassy.

We hope this opens up the way towards a mutually beneficent relationship between our two glorious nations.

Eugenius Wilson,

Tagmatine Minister for Foreign Affairs.

The people of the Free City would be happy to exchange embassies with the Bainbridge Islanders. It is our belief that this will lead to only a brighter future and a new friendship between two peoples. Spacious facilities in Orthen, our capital, shall be prepared once you approve this venture.

We are also interested in trade with the Islands and are certain goods from your lands will be well appreciated here and vice versa.

Wishing your people prosperity,

Melissa Vander, Foreign Affairs Minister
