Emakera Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 The Federative Popular Republic of Emakera and the World of Pirilao have just signed a Brotherhood treaty; By this treaty, the nations of World of Pirilao (reffered here as Pirilao) and the Federative Popular Republic of Emakera (reffered here as Emakera), acknowledge mutual respect for each other, friendship, brotherhood, and that the following clauses will be respected and followed. The nations of Emakera and Pirilao shall bear an everlasting friendship, and thus, follow the rules below: I- Pirilao and Emakera shall not attack each other in any hipotesis. II- Said nations have the responsability of helping and protecting each other in case of famines, natural or man-made disasters, pandemics, and other disgraces of its kind. III- Trade between the nations of Emakera and Pirilao shall be facilitated by the lowering of taxes, and the abolition of unnecessary barriers between both nations? commerce and industry. IV- On borders: i- Emakeran and Pirilese citizens have free transit between their nations? borders, which may be obtained only by showing a document that proves one?s nationality, with no need of visas, passports, and such. ii- The Armed Forces of Emakera and the Armed Forces of Pirilao shall have access to each other?s lands, airways, and seaways, only needing authorization by the head of state of the other nation. V- The nations of Pirilao and Emakera shall protect each other in case of foreign invasion.
