Tagmatium Rules Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 I think that might be the place where you work stopping you going on NationStates...
Pirilao Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 Hmmm , I see but it?s not make sence I am the chefe.
Pirilao Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 It?s not a joke , this is a serious matter. Because if I don?t access to nationstates , I have to leave the Forum. This is the naked truth.
Pirilao Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 Yes , at night it?s for the family  I work 9, 10 hours by day , more 1 hour while travelling. The time to remain it?s for sleep and family.
Ide Jima Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 That could be very problematic. If you're the chief where you work, is there an IT technician or someone you could talk to? Â That looks exactly the same as what I get when I try to access NS from college. Â (I'm not sure if this works but it might) Â 1) Go to 'Tools' at the top of the page 2) Click on 'Internet Options' 3) Click on the tab that says 'Security' Â Once there, you may be able to fiddle the intranet controls to allow access to all websites. (It may leave your computer vulnerable to viruses though)
Haken Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Ah well... it will only take under a minute to log on to your nation (and it doesn't has to be daily, barely weekly), so that it doesn't die. I see you can still acces the forum, so that's no problem. Â Do you have children?

Pirilao Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 I Already verified all the pages that had in the memory and this only happens in this. http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi Â
Pirilao Posted May 12, 2006 Author Posted May 12, 2006 I Already know which is the problem: I work in one enterprise he has some departments: Administration department, commercial, logistic (it is mine), financier, computer science, etc. And the computer science Department installed a new program (Panda) , this program blocks automatically all the pages that if relate with games , and as such I already do not have access to this pag.http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi. As I do not have InterNet in house means that my nations go to die. therefore I do not know what I must make. Â Somebody has some idea?
Pirilao Posted May 12, 2006 Author Posted May 12, 2006 Any to give me a realistic impression , please.
Orioni Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 That is a BIG problem! I already figured it had something to do with the place where you work. Â I do not know how to get around such a system. Doing so would be very risky, and I do not want your to lose your job because of this game. Â The fact that you can reach our forum may provide for a solution. If I can get NationStates to load inside our forum (in a frame or something), perhaps your companies security software won't detect this. Â Please give me some time to figure this out. I will contact Nevareion from Q102 as well for some help. Â Help is on the way! [dohtml]<marquee><img src="http://i5.ifrm.com/1027/100/emo/superman.gif" /></marquee>[/dohtml]
Pirilao Posted May 12, 2006 Author Posted May 12, 2006 Hey , Orioni no problem abaut the job. The lunch is good and now it?s everything right. I have access over again.
Orioni Posted May 12, 2006 Posted May 12, 2006 Adding a NationStates frame to our forum didn't work. It seems NS doesn't allow loading in frames. (Or I'm just not smart enough to figure it out yet.) Â In the meantime I want you to try these anonymiser. I tested a couple, but these are free and seems to be working for me. Â http://www.hidemyass.com/ http://www.froxyfoxy.com/ http://www.75i.net/ http://www.proxyz.be/ http://www.antifw.tk http://www.proxyhere.com/ Â Please tell me if one of these works for you.
Pirilao Posted May 12, 2006 Author Posted May 12, 2006 I thank your aid Orioni , but for now it is all right , I think I already do not go to have problems in the future.
