Image: Odd Request

Since I've kept using the Lord Kitchener picture, could one of you skilled arty types please take this image, and, where it says "Your Country Needs...", which is above the very large "YOU!", replace it with either "Your Region Needs..." or "Europa Needs...", please?

 

It would look a lot nicer.
