Please contact the Baronic Council privately for further discussion.  OOC: Basically O, the SPA is interested in the frame and passive stealth-ship teacnology (ull design and materials), it is not interested in the electronics suite. It has it own stealth tech for its small craft and is willing to share (to a point) and is happy to commit to research and build engines. The Akiiryan model, when complete is likely to have some subtle (and prehaps not so subtle) differances from the O model. Ultimately, the SPA idea of deferring research and design costs for a vessel such as this by being involved in a joint venture with another state. Link to comment
