I would firstly like to explain why I am doing this. I was RPing on another forum, when I realised who much I had been missing Europa. I realised how much I had screwed up my opportunity when here, and how much I had done wrong.

I would like to apologise to Europa as a community, and all the nations individually that I harmed:

• SPA, for hostile and unproductive intercourse between us, and in the later parts of my life here for flaming you.
• Haken, GHET and other LT Members, for bringing the LT into disrepute, and for damaging the reputation of The LT.
• GHET, for forcing you into difficult decisions, and situations, and therefore damaging your diplomatic status, and your domestic position.
• Bhalman, for being so hostile to you, and not accepting you as a legitimate nation.
• Ide Jima, for causing you to dedicate your time and resources on my unstable nation
• All other nations that I affected, either directly or indirectly.

I would also like to make it know that I know exactly what I did wrong. I created an atmosphere that was not good for Europa, and the nations within. I made many nations hostile to me and my allies, and associates. I would like to apologies to EE for damaging the RP life of this region.

I for what I have done, my only answer is that I was inexperienced, stupid, and attention seeking. I sincerely apologise for all that I have done wrong, and all indirect affects that I have caused.

I finish with a plea. I appeal to the humans behind that nations, to look into your hearts, and give me another chance. I would like to direct the attention of Europa to a favourite quote of mine: "Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending. - Carl Bard".

I believe that this can apply in this situation.

 

I would like inform nations, that if you do grant me a second chance, I will not be that same nation that I was when I was excluded. I have matured greatly, and I would like you to see this. I propose that if TCN is accepted I will:

• Introduce the destruction of all nuclear technology, and the ability to produce radioactive material, for civil power, or for militray uses.
• I would like to invite inspectors from all nations that wish to oversee my first point.
• I would like to formally apoligise as a nation, individually to all nations concerned, and will pay reparations to all nations that I have directly damaged.
• I would like to sign a treatie with Europa, as a reigion, limiting my military power, to what is decided in the diplomatic process.
• Any other steps that that nations of Europa wish to impose.

I ask you once more, just for one more chance, I understand that I have had many chances, but i ask for one more. Please!

What do you mean by impact? You made one heck of an impact here last time, and not in a postive way. Why? because you tried to walk before you could run. Maybe you need to given the other region more time...or did you leave for other reasons?

 

I would also like to point out publically here you have admitted to trying to deceive the Europa community by entering Europa as Halku. Why did you do this? Why didn't make this plea earlier? Many may think you're only doing this now because you were because you were caught...

Look, don't make a list of what you will or will not do. Just learn from what you have done and try and fit in. You should seem to be destroying EVERYTHING that is your nation, no matter how good or bad an aspect was. I have no problem with returning, and don't expect you to require a list of your do's and do not's. Just roleplay with everyone else, obey the rules already set, and you'll be fine.

I left the reigion because it was small, with no many RP's goining on, and it was also in Future Tech. I did not like using Future Tech.

I did this because I was so desperate to re-enter Europa, yet I was unsure of the reaction I would get. It was not an attempt to decieve Europa for any bad purpose.

I have no hard feelings against you for these actions, or any of your previous actions. Europa deserves answers, and I have a duty to give them.

It may not have been an attempt to decieve for a "bad purpose" but it was still, at the end of the day, an attempt to decieve.

The fact is, SPA, war is a fact of life, and when that factor is taken out of Role-Play, all aspects of realism are removed, because let's be honest: militry power, war and conflict are at the forefront of much RP, not just here in Europa, but in the NS World. I was searching for a reigion that was Modern Tech, with aspects of realism, ESUS was not the best place for me to be.

In relation to your reponse, you have, sadly, ignored my points.

 

First, just as was the case here, you tried to impose your will on ESUS and left when it became clear to you that that would not be possible (just as you left Q102 for similar reasons).

 

Second, you tried to decieve us. Why should be trust Anything you say? Your justification for your actions as weak, at best.

 

I would challenge your (unfounded) assertion that removing war from rp removes realism (as did the good people of ESUS). The fact of the matter is, as was pointed out to you in ESUS, some of the best rps don't involve violence or force at all. Indeed, ESUS, despite being F-Tech, has some very realistic rps.

 

Finally, if war is all over NS, why not find a another modern tech rp region? Start a fresh somewhere new TCN. Your name is too blackened here.
