Xheng
A few days ago, the Ide Jiman government sold this entire area to the Xheny Dynasty for a hefty sum of 100 billion Imperial Euros. Since then, the Arch-Imperium has made huge investments seeing great potential for tourism and tropical resorts. Currently the Arch-Imperium has already decided to allow foreign investment into the area. Currently there are over 100 square kilometers of land designated as official tourist zones, that will be open for casinos, restaurants, shopping centres, movie theatres, amusement parks, and of course luxury hotels and resorts. Royal Star Enterprises has already occupied 50% of this territory as a benefit grant from the Imperial Stratagem. Already many hotels have begun construction thanks to the efforts of Dynastic International. The other 50% of this land is to be leased or rented out to foreign companies for their own investments. Nations who wish to invest and build their own hotels and resorts in Ming-Xheng are free to do so, provided they request permission from the Ming-Xheng government. One of the main attractions will be the slightly offshore hotel "Paradise Sails Resort" Link to comment
Xheng
The Grand Cairo Hotel and Resort Casino Today, the first major themed resort to open on the Ming-Xheng coast, is the new Grand Cairo Hotel and Resort Casino. Boasting a massive casino multistory complex and two hotel towers including a massive pyramid hotel main structure featuring more than 2500 rooms, the Grand Cairo is the first of a long line of casinos and resorts to be opened in Ming-Xheng. Ever since the quiet press release, bookings for rooms have been flooded since Ming-Xheng's costs are significantly lower than other tourist locations in Europa. Already famed performance group Cirque EOS has already agreed to a permanent show at the Grand Cairo. The next hotel to open is expected to be the Grand Villa Escoriale. Link to comment
Xheng
The Grand Villa Escoriale Hotel and Resort Casino Days after the opening of the Grand Cairo, the Grand Villa Escoriale has opened next door to the pyramid hotel. Themed after wonderous lakeside resorts of aristocratic nations, the Escoriale is the newest in a long line of ready to launch hotels. The Escoriale boasts more than 3000 rooms, 500 more than the Grand Cairo and family themed entertainment. With a 100,000 square foot casino the Grand Villa Escoriale has the largest Casino in Ming-Xheng to date, but this is going to be surpassed by the next hotel that will feature a unique landmark. One of the most obvious and spectacular features of the hotel complex is the massive artificial lake features more than 300 water fountain jets to make for a spectacular hourly show with music and light effects. The Grand Villa Escoriale was opened by Princess Xheng Li-Shian. The next hotel to open is expected to be the Century Tower. Link to comment
Xheng
Century Tower Hotel and Resort Casino A bit father down the road from the two hotels, The Grand Cairo and The Grand Villa Escoriale, is the tallest building in Ming-Xheng, the Century Tower Hotel and Resort. With a 390 metre tall tower, that includes 4 thrill rides at its observation deck, it is clearly a landmark worthy of mention. Century Tower Hotel and Resort is not of the same "class" as the Cairo and the Villa Escoriale, instead it features a much more modern almost futuristic theme. Following a trend of more family geared entertainment there is a massive underground amusement park that also functions with a fully equiped film studio run by Royal Star Studios (The Film and TV division of Royal Star Entertainment). Century Tower Hotel and Resort also has 2000 rooms which is smaller than the previous three hotels but nontheless still respectable. Its casino is 90,000 square feet large and funds the popularity of its high win bet games. The next hotel and resort will be the Pax Romana. Link to comment
Xheng
The Pax Romana Imperial Roman theme is clear to the Pax Romana Hotel and Resort Casino Complex. With the largest shopping mall in Ming-Xheng, the Pax Romana was comissioned to celebrate the achievements of ancient European Empires in the great past. Animatronic statues of Greek and Roman Gods welcome guests to its vast complexes. Though the Pax Romana doesn't feature and amusement park it does have a multi-story casino and many famous and luxurious restaurants within its walls. The Pax Romana Hotel occupies one of the larger lots on Ming-Xheng's now named "Street of Dreams" and is expected to expand its occupancy significantly. Already the hotel has 3000 rooms for guests and it is expected to double that capacity within the next few years assuming the demand is reached. The next hotel and resort will be the Manhattan. Xheng
The Manhattan Themed after the famous city of Manhattan, the Manhattan is a combined resort, casino and luxury entertainment project. Projected at a more family enviornment there is less stress on gambling and more of a focus on the shopping and entertainment for the complex. It is linked to the Pax Romana hotel by the malls that seperate the two casino complexes. The Manhattan currently has 1500 hotel rooms and estate rooms that make it one of the smaller ones, but since its property is the same size of the Pax Romana, its expected to expand as the years go on. The next hotel and resort will be the Mirage. Link to comment

Xheng
The Ming-Xheng Chamber of Commerce has already begun 500 million Imperial Euro investment into another new hotel, the Grand Parisan, and Ming-Xheng would be willing to offer 75% ownership of the Grand Parisan to Pirilao, if it is willing to provide the additional 1.5 billion Imperial Euros for its construction. In addition, there is the Grand Venetian also being planned but it has not yet moved beyond the investment stage, should and additional government wish to participate in its establishment, great financial benefits can come from cooperation. Xheng
TO: Orioni FROM: Ming-Xheng Chamber of Commerce / Xheng Ministry of Commerce and Development SUBJECT: Foreign Investors The Arch-Imperium has no interest in investing in foreign territories, however Ming-Xheng itself has become a flourishing beacon of investment. As a massive tax-haven zone with fantastic resorts, casinos and entertainment facilities it will no doubt be the destination for the near complete Freedom Ship. There is plenty of opportunity for investment in Ming-Xheng that will no doubt spill over to other nearby borders. Link to comment
Xheng
The Grand Parisan The next hotel and resort will be the Mirage. The nation of Pirilao fronted 1.5 billion Imperial Euros to the construction of the hotel granting them 75% ownership and all profits of the hotel making a lucractive contract for both Pirilao and the Arch-Imperium Ming-Xheng Chamber of Commerce. The Grand Parisan is the first to have a 5 floor 250,000 square foot museum within its own property that houses works of art of local, and international artists. Foremost is the design of classical French architecture that is most dominant and to the exterior, the vast gardens replicating those of Versailles, not witholding a fantastic display of fountains. The Grand Venetian, located next door, is due to open mear hours after the Grand Parisan. The two hotels are virtually identical in basic design for the acception of their architecutral overtures which reflect heritage cultures. Link to comment
Xheng
The Grand Venetian The Grand Venetian opens! To a mass of fanfare with expectations to come, only hours after its sister-hotel, the Grand Parisan. A massive parade of representatives from all other major hotels attented the grand opening to seal the final hotel along the massive Street of Dreams, that features some of the largest properties and hotels in recent history. With a fleet of gondolas ready to carry guests through indoor rivers and spectacularly decorated hallways and statues, the Grand Venetian is an experience in itself. With 3000 rooms, equal to the Grand Parisan, and more room to expand, the joint partnership between Royal Star Entertainment, The Ming-Xheng Chamber of Commerce, Northern Voobaha, the Grand Venetian is now 75% owned by Northern Voobaha. In its own massive campaign to revolutionize the gambling industry turning it into more of a showcase of vast entertainment complexes ranging from Casinos to amusement parks, fantastic shows and an endless entorage of celebrities. Xheng
Unfortunately recent developments have forced the Ming-Xheng Chamber of Commerce to detach itself diplomatically and militarily from the remainder of the Arch-Imperium. As it was a sovereign entity before, Ming-Xheng has its own government and is not subject to the sovereignty of the Arch-Imperium proper. Link to comment
