Can I change it? All my previous actions will remain, but only names and history will change. Link to comment

It is better to incorporate what you have already RPed into your national histroy. Where you haven't said so before you can add details of course. If you want to change government you should normally RP it. Just my opinion, not a Mod Link to comment
