Council of Chiefs to Meet for Monthly Meeting: Will the Tribes become a Unified People?

Location: Port Nain, The South Coast

"Today is a historic event, espcially this month's council of chiefs meeting in the capital of Port Nain. The most important event is about to unfold, the unification of the Bhalian tribes."

"The Prime Minister, Lordin Janinak eariler today met behind closed doors about the process. It will require all the laws rewritten into one code and not all these tribal laws of at least 10 tribes. This meeting may also change this nation from a Nomadic People's nation into a Allied States nation with a repersentive government, no details at this time."

"A parade in both Port Nain and in Oami Kani have been planned for next week to celebrate the establishment of the nation."

Thank You, the Nomadic Peoples of Bhalman, soon to be the Allied States of Bhalman after the Monthy Council of Chiefs. We maybe small, but we have some serious military firepower. Some other orders of business at the meeting include the opening of the borders to trade, the creation and consription of the military and so forth. At next month's meeting, they will begin the long debate on possiable sites for expansion for the future.

We would like to congratulate you on your recent change from a tribal alliance into a real Allied States. We'd be happy tp supply your army with weaponry. We have a large new range of guns available (OOC: Scanned images, mind. Were once well drawn, but as I can't scan directly into MicroSoft Paint, the change over from MicroSoft Word into Paint distorted the images. *sigh* If I wasn't so technically inept, I'd sort that out or re-draw in paint, or even make 'em in Prodesk Top, which is possible.) here. We could even sell at discount prices, if they are purchased in bulk. The downside is the calibre is specific to Tagmatine weaponry, but we do have a surplus of the old, SA-80 rifle, which could also be bought.

An exchange of ambassadors could also be arranged.

MiG-31-4000 Are about to go into production. They shall be flown over within the week, along with instructors. Price=120 million (-20%=96 million overall)

10 Atlas class battleships will be a sizeable order. They are 945 million each (with a 20 percent discount). The order will take a year (1 week rl) to complete, and the boats will be escorted to your waters. These ships are nuclear powered. Total=9.4 billion

4 Scharnhorst III battleships are already being held in reserve, and will be escorted to Bhalman. These ships are not nuclear powered. The ships are 800 million each (640 million with discount) Total = 6.4 billion

As this is an expensive order, we will accept the payment in installments stretched over the time it takes for these orders to be fulfilled. Development of the carriers will start soon.

Kherson defence and shipbuilding have been contacted. If there are any special preferences you have please let us know. Please let us know which aircraft you plan to operate off these carriers, (unless you wnat us to equip it with standard Ide Jiman carrier air wings). The price is unknown yet, but will be released later in the development, which will be charted Here. Would you like the vessels to be nuclear powered?

"I see your point, installements are fine with the Prime Minister, we are able to pay about 500 million per month (1 week RL). We would like both Battlecarriers to be nuclear-powered. We plan on using some of our Mirage IV Multi-Purpose Fighters on the battlecarriers."

Minister of Defense Tatetur Eyleinn

OOC: I would love to RP it, as I'm a pretty good Rp'er

The weaponry are being produced as we speak. As the specific calibre is only produced in the Greater Holy Empire, we are prepared to let you produce it under license in your nation, if you wish.

The total cost for the 150,000 MTKN-1 9mm pistols will come to the cost of US$90,000,000. We have reduced the cost by $7,500,000 because of the size of the purchase. You will be able to manufacture or purchase the round for this gun, as it is a standard calibre.

The cost of the 30,000 Falx-1 .280 is US$85,000,000. Again, we have reduced the price by $5,000,000 to take into account the bulk-buying.

The cost of the 100,000 SPTN-1 (Spathion) is US$195,000,000. We have also reduced this price by $5,000,000 as a result of bulk buying

For the above weapons, in their .280 calibre, not widely available, we will license your nation to make this round for internal use only, for free. If you want.

As for the purchase of surplus SA-80a's, this will cost $15,500,000, a massive saving on the orginal price. We thank you for doing business with us.

Tacitus Smith, Minister of Trade

Please note: Imperial Armouries is a Government-owned company.
