I believe the same rules for adoption by hetero's can also apply for gay people. They are people too, no need to discriminate. There folks probably even thought about it more then some of those teenage pregnancies you see around. Irresponsible hetero's can have as many kids as they like, while some responsible homo's can't. That's something that's not really correct.

 

And the Pope should try and help in this situation, not condemn it like usually.

Scientists have long ago shown that being gay is a malfunction of some part of the brain so that it is an illness that causes these people to behave differently than otherwise. Ignorance is the main reason for society calling these people names, treating them badly and a whole lot of other nonsense.

 

Gays should be treated with respect and dignity just like people with special needs are supposed to be treated, to mention just one example. I emphasise that the right to marriage should be allowed to gay couples, as without it they stand to lack legal protection and coverage other natural couples have.

 

Hitler dreamt about a perfect society and set about killing millions of people he deemed imperfect. Using his own measures, one can say that he himself was a madman and so he did not deserve to live. I am recalling this historical episode to show the importance of understanding and help society should offer to all its people. Please promote education to make sure this never happens again!

It has nothing to do with genetics. Homosexuality is a cultural construct. David halprin and John Boswell are good places to start reading up on the subject (although both have their problems).
