Earlier this week, I was playing around with the hedcut effect as used in the Wall Street Journal. These are small, colourless images that look like a stipple drawing. It's a decades-old, hand-drawn illustration style that first appeared in 1979. A lot of our players also use portrait pictures to show who their characters are. Wall Street Journal claims to have an AI-driven online portrait generator, but sadly that's only available to WSJ members. So this is something @Orioni and I have been talking about this July, but I couldn't find a good moment to kickstart the project. Well, now I've found it! The National Map Service is just what it sounds like. You request a map, I do it. Please keep in mind that this is a pretty complex task and, believe me or not, I do have a real life aside from NS, so each map could take a few days/ weeks to make. I only do maps for people who are on the map (makes sense, right?). I'm trying to make signatures for my ministerial characters, as a way of signing off messages and such. Does anyone have any tips? I got bored. Have fun using your ATARA/Europa Desktop Icons! They are super easy to do with GIMP try it! I'm sorry they look so crude and unrefined. I just don't want to zoom to like +1200 and edit the tiniest bit. Also there are some errors I simply can't fix. The image of the black marble speaker stage at the UN is probably very well known. I would like to have something similar for our RP, where we can easily insert our own characters. The image should be horizontal, in landscape mode, and be about 900 x 600px. I imagine it consists of three layers. Front. With the recent Nuclear Apocalypse game, I updated our regional logo to 'Kim Jong-nuke'. Now that the game is over, we could either put back to the previous logo, or design a completely new one. Your input and ideas are welcome. The size is limited to 150x100px and must abide by NS TOS.

For my little desert nation I have create a culture that is dependent on oil exports to finance its theocratic government. Sa Hara is an islamic nation, based on peaceful Sufism. However with the coming-to-power of our Supreme Leader that peacefulness has taken a turn for the worse. You can compare it to how Iran is sponsoring Hizballah in Lubnaniyah. My flag is based on the simple green and yellow flag of Mauretania. I can image a coat of arms that incorporates much of the above. But I can't create it myself.
