Alright. Next time I will take the red from your flag. It'll be somewhat confusing with Suverina's red, but I'm sure we can figure something out.

With this latest update, I have some questions regarding former nations. I know we have had this question before, but still I am unsure how to proceed. Between the previous update and today, we saw the disappearance of (in alphabetical order):

* Adaptus

* Ide Jima

* Jilderen

* Vetok

In the past, what we did with former nations, was: if their contribution to our RP canon was considerable, they were allowed to remain on the map. However, their footprint was reduced to the single plot that contained their capital city. (Vocenae being an exception here, retaining all lands.)

Since I expect all for of the above nations to re-appear, I am reluctant to reduce their footprint. What would be an adequate grace period?

Spring has arrived and so a spring cleaning was in order. That included some offline and online properties. I've gone through my old folders, and collected all the maps I could find.

I also found older versions (v1 and v2) if anyone is up for that. And a large stash of individual nations maps. Sadly, though, there is a gap between 2007 and 2011, when I lost most of my earlier work because of a PC crash.

This includes adding smaller island

I misinterpreted this and just spent 15 minutes thoroughly comparing the new map to an old one to find that new one+ island, upon not discovering any new land I re-read your post. crybaby.giflaugh.gif

I'm like Pedro ?lvares Cabral, "discovering" Brazil (for the Europeans), finding nothing new (since at least Vespucci had already been there).

My failure did however inspire me to try to make my first ever polandball:

That drawing is wickedly cool Suv. <3 As a historian specialised in the period of maritime discoveries, I really love this! I've added it to our public list of Europaballs. https://www.nationstates.net/page=dispatch/id=541079

As for the actual changes, here is a comparison of the Suverina coastline before and after the added. https://imgur.com/a/dcnqy (Best you click through for the larger version.)
